Business Development Executive (west, Perm)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Executive will be responsible to assist and execute business development strategy and secure projects.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager for company marketing and providing following service but not limited to:

  • Track industry trends to capture in advance future market needs and follow-up with new business opportunities.
  • Understand company's policy, project plan, business plan, personal and organization chart to identify and approach to KP efficiently.
  • Understand and report any information affects to company's business such as political, economic, laws and regulations in Southeast Asia especially for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
  • Make appointments with clients, vendors, subcontractors, etc. Prepare for company and other presentation material.
  • Establish a referral network with local business and find opportunities to maximize value from those connections.
  • Assess the going ratio and getting ratio of the target projects.
  • Develop bidding and execution strategy and achieve sales target.
  • Propose preparation and submission including contract review, commercial cost estimation such as bond, insurance, tax.
  • Support ongoing projects such as but not limited to preparation for contract, project insurance arrangement, invoicing to client.
  • Meeting with sales, business development, project partners, vendors and subcontractors to secure project.
  • Planning, creating, and delivering sales reports to BD manager and/or upper managements.
  • Coordinate with project team, business development teams in other operation centre (Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia) including JGC HQ.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from School of Chemical & Life Sciences or School of Applied Science or School of Life Sciences & Chemical Technology.
  • Keen on business development for Engineering, Procurement and Construction business.
  • Keen to learn Project manage Initiatives and work with multiple stakeholders to develop & executing a strategy to engage & influence prospective clients.
  • Keen on networking, communicating & market research.
  • Identification of customer needs and challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
