As a Business Development Position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and nurturing valuable relationships with key stakeholders. • Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels and platforms to engage potential clients.
• Developing Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by strategically upselling to boost overall client engagement.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research within targeted sectors to identify client requirements.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our internal talent acquisition division to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for sales, result-driven, self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• CEI (Basic) certification will be advantageous
