We are looking for a

highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth through the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Develop, present, and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Liaise with and prepare proposals for relevant government agencies to facilitate grants. Work with relevant industry agencies to boost our presence in the industry and develop relevant marketing materials. Monitor the performance of existing contracts and identify opportunities to maximize returns. Prepare and provide accurate quotations to existing or prospective clients as required. Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, sales strategies, and business objectives.

Requirements:

Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in in the semiconductor and electronics industry preferred. Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and international partners. * Willingness to travel as needed.
