Our client is leading distributor of standard components of Press die, Plastic Mold and Factory Automation products in Singapore and the regional components market.
The successful candidate will handle all the back operation tasks relating to sales. You will report to the Business Development Manager of Machinery Division and will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement
Negotiate with supplier about procurement, delivery, and price
Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with supplier (if necessary)
Maintenance or update product master database
Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check and etc.
Response to customer's technical enquiry, delivery expediate, product claim, and etc.
Raise proposal of expected to sell product by analyzing market or customer's demand or sale record
Collate statistics and generate reports
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics and Electrical/ Industrial/ Precision Engineering/ Manufacturing
1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience
Possess high energy and result oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good time management skills and team plater
Competent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access skills are required
Able to understand basic technical team in product drawing
