Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, request for information and registration process
  • Content creation and publishing via digital media platforms and conventional means of communications
  • Soliciting user experience from customers and working within the company to better develop customer related programs
  • Maintaining and up-keeping the company’s website and social media platforms
  • Work with department heads to identify trends and advise on business decisions
  • Developing and cultivating for new customer accounts
  • Assisting with tender preparations
Requirements:
  • Diploma in business administration, or marketing, or PR or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with setting up online registration and payment process
  • Meticulous and task orientated.
  • Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing experience will be an added advantage
