Product knowledge for printer & supplies, computer & peripherals, network devices & accessories.
Perform business processes including quotation submission, follow up to secure sales, prepare sales orders, schedule delivery and manage customer credit status
Maintain good customer relationship - professional conduct & excellent customer service standard.
Constantly seek out to acquire new customer accounts.
Constantly aware of emerging technologies and new product offers in the market.
Maintain good product knowledge.
Work with customers to offer technology upgrade
Adhere to SOP to maintain ERP data integrity & operational efficiency
