Job Description



We are seeking a

driven and strategic Business Development Executive

to expand our client base and strengthen our market position. You will be the face of HRS to prospective clients, crafting tailored proposals, building long?term relationships, and ensuring our services meet the highest industry standards.





Key Responsibilities



Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver

polished, branded proposals and presentations

aligned with client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth mobilisation of security personnel and systems. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Security Management, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management (security industry preferred). Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of security industry regulations, manpower deployment, and technology trends. Target?driven, professional, and able to work independently.
