Job Description

We are seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in engaging employers to secure job orders in industries such as F&B, hospitality, and logistics. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

Engage employers to promote manpower services and secure job orders Build and maintain long-term employer relationships Work with Malaysia partners for candidate sourcing Coordinate with Singapore office on work pass applications and compliance matters Achieve sales and recruitment targets

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients. Malay will be an advantage. Prior experience in sales / marketing / recruitment / HR preferred Possession of CEI is an advantage Independent, self-driven, result-oriented

Base salary + commission +
