Responsibilities:
Set up and achieve annual sales and market share targets for the assigned region in Asia, in line with the company's strategic objectives
Develop distributor's overall capabilities through implementation of distributor's scorecard
Conduct regular field visits and assist distributors with business development plans
Work cross functionally with Marketing, Service, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Able to do presentations in a confident manner with large audience
Possess achievement drive, results-oriented and with a keen eye for details
Strong ability to work across teams of diverse background, culture and experience and resolve issues independently
