Manage sales activities, including handling enquiries, making sales calls, conducting site visits, and cold calling to generate new business leads Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for prospective customers Ensure the delivery of services aligns with client contracts and expectations Follow up regularly with leads and clients to maintain strong communication and provide ongoing support Perform other duties as assigned by management
