The Role: Consultative B2B Sales for High-Stakes Events
We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of event operations and stakeholder engagement to join our team as an Account Manager (Business Development).
This role is ideal for someone with a background in event planning or event management who wants to grow into a sales or client consulting role -- especially if you enjoy helping clients solve problems and deliver seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead consultative sales conversations with senior clients such as C-level executives and conference producers
Understand and advise on event workflows - from registration setup to on-site check-in and reporting
Pitch and close high-value projects in Singapore and with international clients across APAC, Europe, and North America
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and client success
Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs (e.g., new client acquisition, deal conversion rates, pipeline value)
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and ensure consistent follow-ups

Track key account growth and contribute to upselling and renewal strategies
Provide client and market insights to improve product, marketing, and overall sales strategy
Who You Are:
Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or event planning
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with event workflows or running high-stakes events is a strong advantage
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and breaking down complex processes clearly
Enjoys crafting solutions, not just pitching products
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in fast-changing environments
Familiar with the Singapore market, and open to exploring opportunities across APAC, Europe, and North America
Strong written and verbal communication in English
