with1 to 2 years of relevant experience
to join our team.This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for client engagement and a strong desire to grow in the recruitment or staffing industry.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion across sectors such as IT, finance, and engineering.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
in business development, sales, client servicing, or recruitment Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Driven, confident, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently * Familiarity with recruitment or staffing industry will be an added advantage
