Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end export operations for lubricant products including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export controls. Liaise with production, warehouse and quality control teams to meet export schedules and product specifications. Handle customer communications related to orders, documentation and shipment status. Process export payments including Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and other terms. Support the sales team in preparing quotations and pricing for international tenders.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome Diploma or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
