We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive / BDM to grow our SME client base in Singapore. You will generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals through telesales, client meetings, and networking. This role is perfect for those with experience in B2B sales or anyone eager to develop a career in SME business development.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage SME clients through calls, meetings, and networking
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or telesales, preferably in SME or B2B markets
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Familiarity with SME markets or willingness to learn
Min 'N' Levels
