Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire potential clients via (but not limited to) cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, career fairs?
Manage the full sales process ?needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up?
Prepare client proposals, quotation, contracts, and other documentation?
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts?
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields?
At least 2 years' experience in business development?
B2B sales experience preferred?
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills?
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team?
Confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
