Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across company 's ecosystem (agriculture, F&B, lifestyle, and tech ventures).
Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and strategic brands.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks for corporate clients.
Support regional expansion and JV collaboration (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential market entry strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to execute growth strategies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development or partnerships (preferred: FMCG, FoodTech, Lifestyle).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is an advantage.
