We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Acquire New Clients:
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and social selling.
Develop Sales Pipelines:
Build and maintain a healthy funnel of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up strategies.
Pitch & Present Solutions:
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored service solutions.
Negotiate & Close Deals:
Manage proposal creation, pricing, and negotiation to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Maintain Client Relationships:
Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to align client objectives with deliverables.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client acquisition
(agency or B2B experience preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of marketing, creative, or digital services (added advantage)
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet revenue targets
