Are you passionate about media, property, and building great partnerships? We're looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.


In this role, you'll help identify and secure prime locations across commercial offices and malls for the deployment of our Lifestyle Media digital screens. You'll work closely with developers, property owners, and management councils to bring our vision to life--and bring dynamic digital content to where people live, work, and move.







Monthly Salary: $3000 - $7500 ( This is a Base + Commission paying position)*

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and engage Developers, MCSTs, and Building Owners to propose media screen installations Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients Manage contract discussions and negotiations independently Coordinate with internal teams (deployment, IT, content, sales) for smooth execution Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry news Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with property partners Contribute to special projects or tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Minimum diploma in business, marketing, real estate, or related fields At least 2-3 years of work experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident in presentations and client-facing discussions Experience working with Office/Commercial building owners, or MCSTs is highly preferred
