We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to drive the regional expansion of MyraaLens, Myraa Technologies' AI-powered visual intelligence platform for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and workplace safety. This role focuses on enterprise-level B2B SaaS growth, combining commercial acumen with an understanding of industrial operations, safety standards, and AI-driven transformation. You will lead market entry, build strategic partnerships, and help position MyraaLens as a leading force in industrial AI across Southeast Asia.





Key Responsibilities





1. Market Strategy & Business Growth


Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for MyraaLens across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial segments in Singapore and SEA. Identify high-value enterprise and mid-market opportunities for visual AI and workplace safety analytics. Drive expansion through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.


2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers -- CXOs, plant managers, safety officers, operations directors, and digital transformation leaders. Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Translate operational and compliance challenges into clear use cases for MyraaLens AI solutions.


3. Market Research & Positioning


Track industry trends in manufacturing automation, industrial AI, and safety compliance across SEA. Benchmark competitors and identify gaps to sharpen MyraaLens' value proposition and differentiation. Gather structured client feedback to guide product enhancements and go-to-market decisions.


4. Negotiation & Revenue Ownership


Own quarterly and annual revenue and client acquisition targets. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure sustainable, long-term partnerships. Maintain transparent sales reporting through CRM and pipeline reviews.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration





Partner with product, AI engineering, and deployment teams to align client needs with product capabilities. Support proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to validate performance in real-world industrial environments. Provide inputs for marketing campaigns, sales enablement content, and product demos.


6. Industry Engagement & Visibility





Represent MyraaLens at industrial tech, AI, manufacturing, and safety conferences, both in Singapore and regionally. Build visibility through engagement with industry associations, innovation programs, accelerators, and government agencies promoting Industry 4.0 adoption.


Qualifications





Experience: 5+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships within manufacturing, industrial technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions. Proven ability to open and scale new markets or verticals. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI, computer vision, IoT, and automation technologies relevant to manufacturing and logistics. Experience selling SaaS or analytics platforms in industrial settings. Sales & Communication: Strong consultative-selling and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate technical products in terms of operational efficiency, ROI, and safety improvement. Market Understanding: Familiarity with the Singapore and Southeast Asian industrial ecosystem, including safety standards, productivity initiatives, and digital transformation mandates.
