Business Development Executive



Key Responsibilities:



Aggressively drive new business by identifying, targeting, and acquiring prospects, focusing on EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), OEMs, and ODMs. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to create new opportunities. Respond to customer RFQs, deliver timely and competitive proposals, and secure purchase orders. Build a pipeline of potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with newly acquired accounts.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution. Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with hands-on experience working directly with EMS customers. Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a hunting role that requires persistence and self-motivation. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
