Job Description


  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Build rapports and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage both existing sales pipelines and develop new business opportunities.
  • Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and pain points to besolved.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and funnel in the CRM system.
  • Owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify new potential marketsand clients.
  • Conducting sales meetings in-person as well as virtual.
  • Speaking and presenting at conferences and events.
  • Enhance the company’s branding and professional image.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Ensuring close customer contact, engagement, and follow-up.
  • Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve customer loyalty
  • Work out proposals and then translate them into contracts.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or relevant field
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Experience in the food and beverage business
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
