Job Description

Role description: Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small Business Development Executive to support the Sales team for a period of 6 months. This position reports to the Director and Head of Business Development, and interfaces with the Sales and Marketing team.

The sales team focuses on driving business growth and sales. Through this traineeship, trainee will get to be involved in representing the brand, building strong relationships with corporate partners and brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Business building Boxgreen’s corporate program
• Develop and foster positive relationship with customers
• Driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets
• Generating and qualifying of leads
• Tracking sales data and important metrics
• Sampling, brand communication, sales campaign planning and execution.
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with our existing clients and offer a seamless client experience to our customers
• After sales customer service support
• Day-to-day transactions and other assigned activities

• To gain product knowledge and understanding of both cultural and food regulatory matters related to Singapore markets and consumer demographics to support the Sales team.
• To learn how to handle the day-to-day transactions and sales administrative duties.
• To learn how to maintain and build strong relationships with our existing clients.
• To learn how to generate & qualify leads, and build pipelines.
• To learn how to plan business-to-customer & business-to-business marketing campaign and sales strategy.
• To learn how to implement and monitor marketing campaign.
