Job Description
The incumbent is in charge of the accounts and sales targets of merchants under his/her care.
E-Commerce
- Involve in the strategic planning of online and offline marketing materials
- Responsible for online operations ecommerce platforms (Website and mobile apps)
- Ensure promotion are activated and planning for both listing and promotion
- Track sales and generate reports for analysis
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to expand sales and marketing awareness
- Understand different platform channels and assist with online expansions
- Able to analyze different platform analytic to optimize conversion
- Create engaging content and actively broadcast via mobile push notification
- Liaise with marketing and operation on promotion planning
- Conduct sales meeting using a proven system and pitch deck
- Cold-call potential prospects to secure appointment.
- Handle inbound leads and help them with their requirements
- Follow up with prospects until their needs are met
- Negotiate to reach a win-win arrangement with clients
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Diploma or above
- Positive working attitude independent, analytical, self-motivated, meticulous, flexible and a good team player
- Willing to learn and explore
- Have basic photoshop skills
- Lean team management and good growth potential with the company
- Required skill(s): online advertising, online sales, good with computer, Adobe Photoshop
