Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business / account development through telemarketing, industry sensing and networking sessions
- Build rapport with clients and candidates
- Pre-screen and shortlist candidates for clients in accordance to their requirements
- Provide clients with latest employment information & legislation matters
- Driven to achieve monthly sales target.
- Min Degree/Diploma in any field.
- Min 1 year of sales experience preferably
- Short notice / Immediate availability preferably
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking candidates / clients
- Characteristics : Positive, Self-Motivated, Effective communicators, Confident
- obtained CEI is a plus / need to obtain CEI license
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
- Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
