Job Description

We are expanding and looking to hire a self-driven candidate, with proven track records of driving new sales, identifying and evaluating opportunities as well as nurturing existing client's relationships for long term growth. If you have what it takes, come and join us!: Generate new sales and expand potential of existing accounts. Develop and maintain healthy short and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the given sales targets. Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements and meeting tender specifications. Identify client's needs accurately and design a solution. Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities. Quote, follow-up and negotiate. Keep abreast of market trends and interprets the changes and its effects on the business. Update senior managers on industry trends, developments and potential opportunities. Research and monitor competitors' activity in the market place. Submit monthly sales performance report to the Management. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree in business, marketing or related field. At least 2 years of proven track record in corporate sales/business development. Strong communication, presentation, comprehension and negotiation skills. Candidate with contact centre experience and digital marketing will be an advantage. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
