Business Development Executive

Job Description

You will be looking at building your portfolio of advertisers and your days will be spent focusing on the following activities:

  • Generating leads and cold calling to obtain appointments with potential advertisers
  • Attending face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions
  • Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Proactively managing the customer experience and issue resolution process
  • Achieving set revenue goals and KPIs
What are we looking for? * A strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
  • A hunter mentality and a 'no fear' approach to cold calling
  • Experience in telesales and ideally solution based selling (face-to-face sales experience desirable)
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
  • A proven track record in sales
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skill
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, ContractSalary: $1,600.00 - $8,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
