Role Purpose As a Business Development Executive at Adstify Search, you will join a growing team of recruitment, talent, and human resources professionals. Engaging and attracting the right people is a critical component to building a successful team and business. You are responsible to bring in new clients/accounts. This role belongs to the Business Development team and will work closely with the Recruitment Consultant team .

  • You are require to build relationship, not limited to networking events, sales visits, cold calling and social media.
  • Our Team of Consultants will assist the role fulfilment of the clients/accounts you brought in. Ensuring you hit the necessary KPIs needed to achieve your goals.
This individual must be a builder of businesses and people – someone who comes to work every day with a growth mindset and enjoys working with a diversity of businesses. The Business Development Executive at Adstify Search play a critical role in developing our client pipeline as well as providing a positive experience from the onset. About the Job
  • Proactively source and acquire high-quality clients, using a range of direct sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking, etc
  • Achieve the target, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Acquire new clients to increase unique client base
  • Build relationship through networking events, sales visits, cold calling, social media outreach
  • Customer Centricity - initiate and build good relationship with clients
  • Cross sell: Understand client's business needs and provide business solutions
  • Ensure adherence and compliance of processes e.g. front office tool adoption, MOM legislation, internal governance etc
  • Provide quality communications and good service throughout the hiring process
  • This role must be based in Singapore
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in a Sales / Business Development / Client Services
  • Hard-working with a “can-do” attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence.
  • Team Player, Self-starter
