As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Singapore team.

In this role you will become a key member of a well-established and highly reputable project services delivery consultancy. You will have the responsibility of contributing to the growth of the TBH business in Singapore, drawing upon the expertise and knowledge of some of the best professionals in the industry to enable you to succeed in the role.

In order to be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an engineering and/or business discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in an autonomous business development role in a similar consultancy
  • Established client base
  • Established network or business development experience in Asia (outside Singapore) will be a bonus
  • Proven ability to identify, generate and build a client base specific to TBH services
  • Proven ability to convert leads to sales
  • Strong understanding of project planning, project control and claims/dispute resolution
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Excellent customer facing and network skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Success driven
