Job Description

: Marketing of security manpower & technology services Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment Arrange meetings with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements Attend site show rounds and prepare tender proposals for submission Respond to any sales inquiries and provide a quotation Prepare and negotiate the commercial contract with clients Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company's products and services where possible. Prepare marketing materials including digital media, brochures, and email advertising Prepare weekly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database, or sales reporting Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtaining competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics, and relevant upcoming opportunities. Strong understanding of Security Manpower & Systems requirements, market awareness, and established network with both customers and suppliers. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director from time to time.Job Requirements: Energetic and outgoing personality Passionate about meeting people and proactive Possess excellent communication, presentation, project, and budget management skills Highly motivated and results-driven paying special attention to details Strong in critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and ability to multitask Excellent communicator and negotiation Ability to manage customer requests for Quotes/Tender independently Proficient in Microsoft Office English languages: Excellent speaking, presentation & writing skills 5.5 days work week
