Ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts;
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs;
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, presales demo, marketing activities, lead follow-up, business networking, and partner and supplier relationships;
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and social media;
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
Participate on behalf of the company in meetings or conferences;
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams;
Collaborate with the Project, IT, and Technical teams to ensure seamless handover of works to meet client requirements and provide excellent service delivery.
