Business Development Executive

Job Description
- Basic up to $3800 + Performance bonus
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm
- Working location at Tampines
- Reporting directly to the sales director
- Ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs;
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, presales demo, marketing activities, lead follow-up, business networking, and partner and supplier relationships;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and social media;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
- Participate on behalf of the company in meetings or conferences;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams;
- Collaborate with the Project, IT, and Technical teams to ensure seamless handover of works to meet client requirements and provide excellent service delivery.
