Job Description
Senior Executive - Business Development Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and ensures that expectations are met at a timely manner.
- To go through on day\xe2\x80\x99s transportation arrangements of respective accounts and alert everyone on the VVIP Arrival, Departure or Group Transfers that need special attention or instruction.
- To display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with clients
- To build good rapport and relationships with clients and partners to ensure business growth
- To handle feedback from clients
- To prepare and present transportation solutions and/or proposals to clients, including performing product demonstrations if required
- To work closely with internal departments pertaining to clients\' invoices, payment etc
- To take charge in the negotiation of Accounts renewal
- To prepare documentation like booking reports and business analysis when necessary
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to thrive in pressured or stressful situations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive attitude, responsible and hard working
- Able to work independently and as team player
- Able to commence work in short notice
