Arising from our expansion needs, we are looking for Business Development Executives Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 To generate quality leads that result in sales \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies & proposals \xc2\xb7 Expand market and develop opportunities for growth \xc2\xb7 Make presentations of proposals, demonstrations and conduct training to Principals, HOD of schools, Teachers, IT Managers and Business Owners and able to close sales \xc2\xb7 Build good relationships with potential and existing clients \xc2\xb7 Individual contribution to achieve sales performance targets \xc2\xb7 Oversee projects to completion \xc2\xb7 Provide good after sales customer support Pre-Requisites: \xc2\xb7 Tertiary education with sales and educational business background preferred (those without the minimum education qualification but possess sufficient experience in sales/marketing of education or IT projects will also be considered \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year proven sales experience in the education industry
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin \xc2\xb7 Articulate, a dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a great deal of initiative \xc2\xb7 Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and project deadlines \xc2\xb7 Effective presentation skills (Adept at powerpoint & other windows applications) \xc2\xb7 Self Driven; Confident; Possesses good interpersonal and effective communication skills \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s education system & passionate about Education \xc2\xb7 Class 3 driving licence with own transport will be an added advantage Remuneration: A competitive remuneration will compensate according to experience and capability. This is a results driven role, where a basic salary & transport subsidy will be provided plus commission. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
