Leading the merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiation and development of necessary marketing tools
Work closely with the merchant to ensure a successful and amazing onboarding experience.
Manage accounts, sales and revenue targets of merchants
Point of contact and liaison for merchants, manage and respond to their queries.
Define success measures, review the performance of your merchants and work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas
Define success measures and prioritize key initiatives to drive merchant growth across all platforms
Collaborate with internal team to ensure that the product offerings on our platform remain relevant for shoppers and provide support for special sale campaigns
Strategize and develop strategies and plans to improve brandings and customers experience
Maintain good relationships and provide value add to your Merchant to improve performance on the platform
Drive and support any initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Monitor and report on sales for the platform, set and track targets as well as suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Cross-team coordination, project management, and external-facing skills
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of working experience in sales or related field
Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen, analytical and organization skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented
An enthusiastic and keen learner
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
Embrace being in a fast-paced environment where you contribute directly to the goals of the company
Have experience or knowledge in Fintech/Payment/E-commerce is preferred but not essential
