Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customers’ enquiries with other department and ensure meeting customers’ needs
- Oversee compilation of relevant documents for product registration / notification or certification with regulatory authorities.
- Follow-up on regular meeting with QA / R & D personnel.
- Review monthly reports on marketing activities.
- Review customer surveys and development
- Ensure compilation of product dossiers.
- Review compilation of current and potential customer database
- Liaise with HOD Marketing to formulate department goals and objective
- Direct marketing activities and establish priorities in improving customers’ satification.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Science
- 2 years related work experience
- Good communication skills and leadership
