As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving SQ 1's growth by securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our service reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, retail, property, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and proposals to negotiations and deal closure. Develop tailored service solutions in collaboration with our operations team. Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities. Represent SQ 1 at networking events, presentations, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related B2B roles (facility services industry experience is an advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Driven, independent, and results-oriented with the ability to meet targets. A team player with positive energy and resilience. Familiarity with facility management or environmentally sustainable practices is a plus.
