• Identify and engage potential landlords, property managers, and co-living operators to onboard them onto the SuiteTogether platform.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our property listings and increase platform adoption.

Partnerships & Outreach

• Establish partnerships with student communities, universities, expat networks, and corporate HR teams to drive tenant engagement.
• Represent SuiteTogether at networking events, real estate forums, and student expos to promote our offerings.

Sales & Negotiation

• Present and pitch SuiteTogethers value proposition to property owners and rental operators.
• Negotiate pricing models and lead-based fee structures for hosts.

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to improve our platforms competitive advantage.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance the SuiteTogether property management system (PMS).

User Engagement & Support

• Assist landlords and tenants with queries about our platform and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support the marketing team in crafting sales materials, social media campaigns, and community engagement activities.
