Responsibilities
Develop new customers, grow account revenue, market share & profit goals and objectives.
Build long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Convince customers that our product or service would best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers, arrange and carry out technical / product training.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers' and company's needs.
Meet sales targets through new business development and existing business penetration, coordinate sales projects.
Maintain teamwork with members of sales team and other functional teams.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business with at least 3-5 years selling experience in industrial product preferred
Experienced in conducting trainings / presentations for customers
Out-going character, positive, aggressive, self-motivated, can work independently and under pressure
Strong communication skills
Excellent teamwork spirit
Possess class 3 driving license with own vehicle
