What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
Source new potential clients / partners, initiate contact, and develop relationships
Evaluate our sales & partnerships strategy to grow our client base in successful segments
Build strong relationships with your clients and ensure you delight them as we scale
Work with business operations / analytics to understand your conversions, finding ways to continuously optimise sales processes
Brainstorm creative initiatives with marketing to hack user growth and take over your city!
Communicate product/process needs, working directly with the founders and product team to improve and deliver on those needs
Work on ad-hoc projects to help move the business forward
About you
Minimum 3 months of experience in sales, partnerships or customer success.
A growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve and supercharge your skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, you\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable striking up a conversation with anyone
Knowledge of finance, back-office admin or F&B / hospitality preferred but not essential
A genuine passion for bringing solutions to customer problems; we are transforming the way SMBs do business and want to work exclusively with individuals who love bringing joy to our users!

Nice to Haves
High growth or early-stage start-up experience * Track record of success generating deals or leads through in person sales, cold calling or database building or exposure to a sales or account management processes
Experienced in customer support with B2B SaaS or similar technology
