Established in 2020, Swimwerks originated as a school for swimming in Sembawang that offers professional swimming classes for all ages with our team of established swimming instructors. Today, beyond providing swim classes, we have transformed into a multi-faceted, one-stop aquatic hub for all the water-related activities you can think of!

We have everything individuals need to thrive in the water, from private and group lessons to certification courses and aqua fitness programs.To cater to our corporate clients, we also provide Lifeguard Services and Aquatic Event Management services for corporate aquatic needs.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate shall assist to drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure and after sales
• Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
• Research and recommend new market opportunities
• Network, build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
• Resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 concern, and provide feedback & solution
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
• Confident & fearless mentality
• Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Entry level are welcome to apply
