Your Main Quest As we scale the business, you will be generating awareness for our products and building a customer base across target sectors in new markets. The role requires you to develop a cerebral understanding of the industry, nurture partnerships, build revenue and manage P&L. You will be working closely with the CEO & the Chief of Staff. ???? Requirements Develop an innate understanding of the product offerings and be a champion for the business by building communities, partnerships and networks with customers Act as a Bifrost ambassador with key decision makers across target sectors not limited to Space, Defence, Geospatial Analytics, Autonomous Vehicles, Maritime, Gaming & Metaverse Drive the rollout of the Go To Market Strategy and Sales Plan for North America, Europe & APAC Be the primary relationship owner and manage day-to-day interactions, aligning with key stakeholders with a focus on customer excellence, increased adoption and market penetration Build the sales funnel, manage client onboarding, track deliverable milestones and ensure timely internal and external reporting Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brand equity building and customer engagement Synthesise market research, competitive insights, and internal data to drive the sales strategy for the business Build revenue streams across target sectors with a laser focus on customer acquisition and retention Strive to meet targets and leverage quantitative insights to optimize sales performance ???? Qualifications Relevant work experience in technology-enabled sales or partnership roles Sound business judgment, customer centric mindset and a surgical instinct to identify pain points, challenges, trends and solutions Ability to influence others, take ownership and drive results. A successful/proven track record will be viewed favourably Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve results in sometimes ambiguous environments A pleasant people's person with the ability to think critically with flexibility Academic background in Technology and/or Business is preferred Experience - 4 to 8 years Location: Singapore or Remote . Bonus Strong client acquisition track record and proven success in P&L responsibility Strong networks in target sectors and target markets Experience in launching new products, sectors and markets Ability to attract and liaise with CXO's and identify key decision makers within a firm Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills Desire to build revenue and lead a team as the business grows ????
