Roles & Responsibilities
As Business Development lead, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with schools and corporates to help them improve the well-being of their staff and/or students. You will be expected to be a chief advocate for mental well-being for individuals and organisations. Additionally, you will be in-charge of crafting the strategy around the outreach for our programmes.
Educate both internal and external stakeholders about our programmes and the importance of well-being- Managing both our existing partner organisations and developing new opportunities
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new materials to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
- Assist in the planning and overseeing new initiatives to generate leads
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Assist in the coordination of programmes in schools and organisations
