Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Develop and manage relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
Managing proposals, submissions and bids
Develop high quality tender proposal through consolidating relevant required information
Develop marketing and communications strategy incorporating mail outs, brochures and general communication to prospective and existing clients.
Regular report on pipeline status, actual performance to budget and projections
Develop high quality presentations to ensure the company is portrayed as a strong alternative to current service provider.
Manage and train business development team
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Building, Marketing is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience within a software sales / pre sales role, within facilities / asset management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
