Review and improve the current sales processes that include product & pricing management, order execution, billing accuracy, sales dashboarding & analysis.
Monitor product category performance (Retail.) and support Head of Business Partnerships to implement action plans for sales growth and improvement.
Ensure sales coordination to ensure smooth operations of sales transactions across multi-channels such as B2C (online e Store), B2B, OTC (Over the Counter) and Corporate Sales channels.
Support Head of business partnerships in cross channels product and pricing management to facilitate sales activities.
Collaborate with other internal functions and act as a bridge between Sales and those functions to materialise new products or business development initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
