Marketing Strategy & Value Design
Champion the value proposition across internal and external stakeholders
Develop enablement tools including messaging frameworks, content, and sales collateral
Position offerings effectively based on market and regional dynamics
Go-to-Market Execution
Execute launch plans and collaborate on promotional campaigns
Support channel partners with tailored messaging and tools
Optimize channel mix and explore new routes to market
Offering Lifecycle Management
Align strategy across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market efforts
Address market execution challenges and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, product marketing, or strategy
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with data center infrastructure and structured cabling standards
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Asia Pacific region
