Min 2-3 years of working experience in the Building Materials industry or Sales
Comfortable with travelling around Singapore to visit sites and cold calling
Proficient in Excel to track progress and provide timely updates
This role will be working closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development to prospect out the organization\'s product line into new projects, to secure them and ultimately increase the overall brand presence and revenue of the orgnaization!
You will be in charge of reaching out to Developers, Architects & IDs to win new project businesses/tenders for the organization!

The Job
Revenue Management
Responsible for achieving turnover targets within the Sales region (Singapore) and increasing market share target through managing the performance of existing partners and expanding partner network.
Responsible for driving new product sales in the market.
Responsible for timely submission of monthly revenue forecast to SEA/supervisor
Partner Development and Key Stakeholder Management
Create development plan for existing and partner fabricators, key stakeholders like developers, architects and fa\xc3\xa7ade consultants, updating supervisor on plans during scheduled meetings.
Build and maintain close relationships with partner fabricators, developer, architect and fa\xc3\xa7ade consultants through regular visits according to weekly planning.
Together with Marketing, be in charge of helping partners in showroom set-up, planning and update of new products.
Responsible for discovering and assessing potential new partner fabricators.
Active Pipeline Management
Consistent generation of project pipeline through lead generation and proactive sales activities to developers, architects, fa\xc3\xa7ade consultants, fabricators, etc.
Specify organization\'s products in building projects and pass project leads to partners.
Pre-selection of products based on requirements and specification and creation of project checklist for estimation support.
MTO follow-up with customers, initial price negotiations and definition of delivery schedules.
Review partner project list and update with customers/partners regularly.
Accurate and regular maintenance of CPS database.
Drive Project Delivery (for \'Won\' projects)
Co-ordinate & schedule fabrication training with Technical Customer Service
Where necessary, initiate claim procedure (customer site survey, check quality or material defects, reporting, quantity issues, file claim form).
With the help of local and SEA technical resources, drive the complete process of design, fabrication and installation to ensure successful completion of Won projects.
The Talent
Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in business or enginering or related university degree
Preferred from the building material industry, or with sales experience in a B2B sales position
Comfortable working with targets and cold-calling
Has used CRM before
Comfortable going to sites
