- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior architecture and fit-out construction sectors
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsKey qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the commercial and hospitality furniture or interior fit-out industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts
- Strong understanding of the built environment sector and interior architecture trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
