- Salary: Up to $7000+ Transportation Allowance+ AWS + Commission
- Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Stimulate the expansion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) volume for Ocean Freight offerings
- Plan and visits both existing and prospective customers
- Perform portfolio performance review meetings to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures as needed.
- Provide input on possible enhancements to existing processes.
- Understand the local market trends and engage in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Development of annual sales plans for one\'s customer portfolio.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- Min. 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience and local market practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
