The candidate must be able to lead a team and grow the business independently. Job Scope . Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns. . Research, identify, and qualify sales opportunities within large Enterprises within the commercial space. . Manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management, including contract negotiation. . Coordinate with the design team, quantity surveyor, external consultants, contractors, vendors in the delivery of the project. . Responsible for the contract execution and P&L account of the project. . Attractive commission compensation Job Requirements . Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines . 3-5 years experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies' exposure preferred . Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translating to construction activities . Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements . Good command of written and spoken English . Demonstrated account cultivation and lead generation . Driven to consistently meet and exceed goals set by management .
