Envisage Art (www.envisage-art.com) is part of a larger Group of Companies providing turnkey solution services in the field of commercial and office interiors, seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of industry experience for this role. The candidate must be able to lead a team and grow the business independently. Job Scope

• Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.

• Research, identify, and qualify sales opportunities within large Enterprises within the commercial space.

• Manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management, including contract negotiation.

• Coordinate with the design team, quantity surveyor, external consultants, contractors, vendors in the delivery of the project.

• Responsible for the contract execution and P&L account of the project.

• Attractive commission compensation

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines

• 3-5 years experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies\xe2\x80\x99 exposure preferred

• Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translating to construction activities

• Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Demonstrated account cultivation and lead generation

• Driven to consistently meet and exceed goals set by management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people

• Able to work independently
