Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the business development and sales in key countries in APAC region.
Establish sound understanding of the market opportunities in relevant segment in APAC region and identify which to capture to achieve company\'s goals
Assess current strengths and weaknesses and barriers to growth, and develop and implement sales strategies in alignment to accelerate growth.
Frequent and direct customer business development and sales activities to promote machine solutions to address customer needs.
Share global application knowledge and value stories to APAC team and APAC customers.
Work with Global Segment leaders and segment BD managers in other regions (esp. USA and Europe) to achieve order growth from key global accounts who have operations in APAC region.
Travel over 50% time is expected.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years\' working experience on business development or sales roles
Prior experience selling into Medical equipment OEMs or medical equipment component OEMs are big advantage.
Prior experience selling machine tools preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
